Yiguang expects to issue 33,300 new shares in cash, and the price per share is tentatively set at 75 yuan. The total amount of cash increase is 2.499 billion yuan. At the same time, the fourth unsecured convertible corporate bonds will be issued, with a total issued amount of 2.5 billion yuan, each with a denomination of 10,000 yuan and a five-year period.
Because the cost of LED packaging equipment is not as high as 100 million yuan for the extension of the single equipment, this billion yuan raised a total of 5 billion yuan for expansion, Liu Bangyan said that because AUO and Hon Hai and other big companies are spending a lot of money Entering the LED industry, Yiguang will also actively expand production response.
