Tang Guoqing believes that the four major areas of LED success include: landscape lighting, backlighting, automotive lighting and low pole lighting. In terms of landscape lighting, Tang Guoqing showed the audience the products of the CREE chip used in the Beijing Olympics and Shanghai World Expo. In the field of backlighting, LED backlights, mobile phones, mini-notebooks, monitors, and televisions will increasingly use LED backlights. Although LED lights were used in automotive lighting in 2008, with the continuous maturity and improvement of LED technology, Tang Guoqing believes that more models will adopt LED lighting in the future.

He believes that green lighting products must have high comparability, otherwise there is no way to promote energy saving without environmental protection.
